These all are very good universities. Being IIITs they maintain a high standard of education even if some of them are newer than the others. CSE is a course that is very high in demand. Hence you need to analyse the university before deciding. Since they are top ranked universities in the nation and there is not exactly much of a difference in the quality of education since they will be given maximum attention and facilities. But due to the ranking of various factors I would suggest this university. However, IIIT Bhubaneshwar would be better since it is the top most ranked university out of all four given here.

And it also matters that what is your personal choice of course since they are different departments.

IIIT Bhubaneshwar has a good infrastructure with well equipped labs and classrooms. Hostels are pretty decent and nice environment is always maintained. According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or IIITs or good GFTIs even after considering your Home state quota as per previous year's cut-offs because there is no IIIT in Telangana state. But yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.

CSE from IIIT Pune will be a better option because of various reasons. First and foremost is that the placement in cse is exceptional and also IIIT Pune has a great placement record in CSE branch. I would give second choice to IIIT Jabalpur as it is also a very old and reputed college. But for better placement you should go for cse in IIIT Pune.

Hello. You must be clear about what field you are passionate about or in which field you are most interested in. Because here your branch or your college will not be valid if you have no good scores and placement.

So, kindly be sure about what you are interested for. For CS, if you are fond of coding, then go for it. If you are fond of marketing, maths and posses management skills, then do go for MBA.

Both colleges hold a great reputation in regards to its teaching quality and placement.

IIIT Jabalpur is better than IIIT Pune. As per the placement statistics and student reviews, it will be wiser to pursue Electronics and Communication Engineering at IIIT Jabalpur rather than pursuing Computer Science Engineering at IIIT Pune.

Placements have also over the years and PSU have started recruiting from the campus itself which is a great news ECE students in IIIT Jabalpur.

Merit scholarship given to those who have shown extraordinary performance in the exam and the secondly scholarship is also given to those candidates whose financial status is not good.
