Actually top 10 IITs are the best colleges in India but lower IITs are not so as good as compared to top IIIT's like IIIT Allahabad, IIIT hyderabad. So if you got admission in Top IIT's then don't lose it. hope it helps you.

It will be quite tough for you to get chance in IIIT Chitoor as the cutoff was 4011 in EWS category last year. You won't get any government colleges as your rank is quite low. You may opt for private engineering colleges.

If you belongs to general category then There is no chance to get nits or iiit with 76 percentile. If you belongs to sc/st category then there is also very less chance to get seat.

Coming to your question I your I would, like to say that at the above mentioned rank it seems difficult for you to get any of the IIIT college , you can go for the state counseling where you can get some of the good branches in some good colleges of the Orissa, utrakhand and chattisgarh just try for them.
