Dear student,

Going by your CRL rank you will not get any NIT, but going by your OBC rank you have some chances to get very low branch in some low NIT. For this check the cut-off for NIT's. The link is given below.

You can try state level counsellings in states like Haryana, MP, Punjab , Odisha etc. You will get branches like ECE, CE, EE in some good Govt. college. Also you can try private colleges. There is nothing like that . Cutoff factors depends upon difficulty level of the examination of JEE Mains/JEE Advanced. Other factors includes are, number of seats available for admission, previous year cutoff trends, number of applicants in an institute and number of candidates appeared for the examination. Only these factors determine the cutoff each year.
