Dear Aspirant,
With a EWS rank of 42000 it would be very difficult for you to get into IIIT.Still do not dishearten as you can get admitted into some descent private engineering college in your state or colleges like SRM,LPU,etc. So hope I have solved your query.Best of luck.

Dear Student,
according to the previous year's data, with 92 percentile under general category , you would probably be able to get IIIT Pune. However it is quite difficult to give any exact prediction regarding your eligibility as cutoff changes from year to year. But to get more information regarding your eligibility into IIITs, please click on the link given below.

Hello Student,
A rank of 184862 in CRL is a low of a rank. Due to the competition increasing by the minute everyday, the need for scoring higher marks and scores keep increasing more and more. Hence, unfortunately you might not be able to get a seat in reputed universities such as IITs, NITs and IIITs.
However, since you have mentioned that your category rank is 9598, the chances of you getting into some some of these universities are a bit more to get into other universities. There are some other universities into which you have a better chance of getting into. Hence I would suggest you to apply for other universities.
Some other good universities would be:
1. SSN College of Engineering, Chennai
2. SASTRA Deemed to be University, Thanjavur
3. Andhra University, Andhra Pradesh
4. Delhi University
5. Shiv Nadar University
6. VIT, Vellore
7. Manipal Institute of Technology

Hi Aspirant!
According to previous year cutoffs and trends there is no chance of you to get into any NIT or IIIT with core branches because the minimum rank of EWS category in last round is around 4500 to 6000 and your rank is not in that range. But still you can try in GFTI and also in CSAB special counseling for Better chances.
You can follow these Career360's articles for a better understanding of cutoffs.
