If you belongs to general category then There is no chance to get nits or iiit with 76 percentile. If you belongs to sc/st category then there is also very less chance to get seat.

Coming to your question I your I would, like to say that at the above mentioned rank it seems difficult for you to get any of the IIIT college , you can go for the state counseling where you can get some of the good branches in some good colleges of the Orissa, utrakhand and chattisgarh just try for them.

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or good IIITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.

1. MCM - Merit-cum means scholarships - Given to undergraduate students who are exceptionally good at study. This is for all category people.
2. Institute Assistantship to Postgraduate Students

As per your question, as per your OBC rank of 60k chances to get any GFITs or good IIITs is very low. You can IIITs like :-
1) IIIT bhubaneshwar
2) IIIT dharwad
But these are not as good IIITs so you may go for any good private colleges at this rank where you can galvanise your future .

a) Fully funded by MHRD, Government of India. central government have 50% share and state government have 50% share. example IIIT Allahabad, Gwalior, Kanchipuram and Jabalpur.
b)Not for profit Public Private Partnership (PPP). These IIITs are funded by Central Government(50% share), State Government(35% share) and Industry Partners(15% share). examples are new IIITs like IIIT Srirangam, Kota, Lucknow, Sri City and many others newly opened IIITs.

The infrastructure is just awesome with all the requirements. In the central library, all study materials are available for all semesters, and all books are available. Classrooms and labs are equipped with smart boards, and unlimited Wi-Fi facilities are available throughout the campus. There are many grounds for sports like cricket, football, volleyball, and basketball. The quality of the food in the mess is good and hygienic.
college have all necessary infrastructure ,facilities and equipments. our college is located in bangalore so it got good exposure.all the college classrooms have smart boards and white boards installed in it.
