In 2018 ,candidates whose rank was in the range of 13491-17896 were able to get admission in CSE branch in IIIT Raipur and in 2019,candidates whose rank was in the range of 17471-21973 were able to get CSE branch in IIIT Raipur.Cutoff rank for the college changes every year so wait till the official cutoff list gets released.

Congratulations for this very good rank. BUT I'm very sorry to tell you that you have no or very low chances of getting IIIT Bangalore. As you know it is one of most prestigious IIIts,So it's cut offs are always high. But don't worry you will get very good Nits/Gftis with this rank.

Hello, you have not mentioned your rank so it's diffult to predict a exact rank but at this percentile it looks impossible to get any Nit, IIIT good Gfti like Pec Chandigarh,Bit Mesra, JNU.

Apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling, wait till spot round of counseling may be you would get gfti like Gurukul Kangri Haridwar ,Assam University ,Tejpur University,Sant Longowal Punjab
lower branches like civil engineering, mechanical engineering, food technology .

If this is your ews rank, then you might not get into the nits Or iiits, although if go through the last rounds of counselling you may get some nit, but not sure about the branch.

Apart from these there are lot other college as well where you can get admission

see mba and mtech is two different lines of study, where mba admission is based on cat/mat or any other management entrance test. mtech admission is generally based on gate score or the entrance test conducts by the respective college.

now coming to the two different courses, there is no liaison between them, so you can not change from one group to another in between studies. there is IMT -  119, and IMG -  69 . Candidates must qualify JEE (Joint Entrance Examination - Mains) and participate through centralised counselling held by JoSAA.

You will not get any NIT based on your CRL rank , but there might be some chances that you will get some low branch in some low NIT based on your SC category rank . Check the NIT's cut off here .

The better option for you is that you should check state counsellings for states like Haryana , MP ,Punjab ,Odisha etc . You will get Civil , Chemical in some Govt.college . You can also try private colleges too.

Regarding your query I would like to inform you that inspite of being an aspirant of reserved quota, you don't have any kind of possibility to get admission in any topmost and esteemed IIITs in India through 15% AIQ with this performance in JEE MAIN 2020. Because according to the previous year's (2019) details being SC cateogory student you had to secure atleast 11-12k rank on the basis of General Merit rank to get chance in this kind of eminent institutions where your category rank is above 20k i.e. your GMR must be above 1.5 lakh. Though previous year's cut-off change state to state on the basis of several determining factors, but it can be surely assumed that the cut-off ranks can't be too much increased to become 1.5 lakh this year.

Moreover You don't have mentioned your State, so I can't make any comment about your possibilities in State Counselling. However if you belong to Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Madhya Pradesh then there's a little hope to get admission in IIIT Kottayam, IIIT Kanchipuram and IIIT Gwalior through 85% Home State quota.
