It is quite difficult to get chance with 70000 OBC rank. You should opt for private colleges instead if you don't want to drop and prepare for JEE Main 2021.

As per your JEE Main rank in EWS category it would be really tough for you to get admission in IITs, NITs and GFTIs. There might be a really slight chance that u can get admission in GFTI through home state quota of your state based on your EWS
