Can I get CSE in any IIIT with a jee percentile of 95.24 (rank - 51775)

A rank of 51775 is a bit low of a rank. Due to the competition increasing by the minute everyday, the need for scoring higher marks and scores keep increasing more and more. Hence, unfortunately the top nits and IITs would be tough to get into with this score.
However, since you have not mentioned any reservations or quotas, the chances of you getting into some very well reputed universities are a bit on the higher side if you have any reservation. Computer Science Engineering is a course that is very much in demand and much sought after course and the chances are very low.
