It depends on which IIIT you are looking for but if I generalise it then your percentile should be more than 99+ in general category to get cse at any IIIT.

Minimum Marks to be scored to get NIT or IIIT depends upon the cutoff and your category. Since you have not mentioned about your category, so assuming you to be general category student, you must need to score 120 and above.
