With 40,000 rank, it's difficult to get a seat in NIT with CSE or IT. But with her category and female quota there's possibility to get a seat in eastern NITs. There's some IIIT which give admission at this rank with integrated course of CSE or IT. You can use the JEE College Predictor for getting admission in NIT, IIIT or GFTI.

According to your rank,you have no or very less chances of getting Nits/IIIts. You might get some lowers Nits in lower branches in CSAB special councelling in your home state.

Last year EWS reservation was not considered for admission in to NIT, Andhra Pradesh. SO the previous year cut off for EWS is not available for admission to Andhra Pradesh. Last year the cut off for admission to Computer Science and Engineering in Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Sri City, Chittoor for EWS category is 5687 in round 6 of JoSAA counselling. Considering the cut off you do not have chances of getting seat in IIIT, Chittoor. And the cut off for admission to Computer Science and Engineering in National Institute of Technology, Andhra Pradesh under general category (home state) is 14075 in round 6 of JoSAA counselling. With respect to the category rank your All India rank will be above 14000 so you do not have chances to get seat in CSE in NIT, AP.
The cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

There are a total of 23 IITS. Few of the IIITs are Government owned while few are jointly owned as in partnership by the government and private leaders.
That's why the course fees for different IITS for different courses is not same. It varies in different IITS.
All technical- undergraduate engineering courses have a fee in the range of Rs 6 – 8 Lakhs excluding hostel fee for four years.
All 12th appearing or pass out engineering aspirants have to appear for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main.
