Yes, this year for jee main 2022 , there's no 75% criteria for NITs, IIITs etc and even for jee advanced it's not there.

After appearing for JEE-Main you will have to appear for JOSAA counselling process and the counselling process will only start after the declaration of JEE-Advance result. Now there is no different admission process for different branches so it would be same for CSE or for any other branch.
