Following below is the list of IIIT colleges with best placement records in India:

• IIIT Hyderabad
• IIIT Bengaluru

Rest of the other IIIT colleges eg that in Bhagalpur, Bhopal, Lucknow, Ranchi, Indore etc either have been recently established or do not have a permanent campus of their own. Hi aspirant, since you have 68 percentile with SC category in your JEE mains exam so based on that I can say that chances for you to get into NIT is possible but in lower NIT's with branches like civil, instrumentation, metallurgy or chemical etc. Otherwise better will be for you to try for any good GFTI's as you can get core as well as CSE and IT branches over there.

India currently has four IIITs at Jabalpur, Gwalior, Kancheepuram and Allahabad which are fully funded by the central government but are yet to get statutory status.

If you belongs to any cateorgy and you have a valid cateory rank then when you prove your category certificate in the document verification then from your JEE Main rank your category rank will be considered for for securing a seat in any NIT or IIIT or GFTI.
