CEE AMPAI 2025: The Association of Minority Professional Academic Institutes (AMPAI) has opened the CEE AMPAI 2025 application form on July 3, 2025. Candidates can fill out the CEE AMPAI 2025 application form online through the official website: ampai.in. The last date to complete the CEE AMPAI 2025 registration is July 22, 2025. Candidates who have successfully registered will be able to download the CEE AMPAI 2025 admit card on July 24, 2025 at the official website. The CEE AMPAI 2025 exam will be conducted on July 27, 2025. Before the application process, the candidates must check the official CEE AMPAI 2025 eligibility criteria. Earlier, the authorities released the information for online application, along with proforma for domicile was available from July 1, 2025. Candidates who qualify the exam will be able to participate in the CEE AMPAI 2025 counselling process for admissions into the participating institutes.
The CEE AMPAI 2025 exam will be conducted for admission to the first year B.Tech and B.Pharm courses in the session beginning, wherein preference of admission will be given to Sikh minority students. If the seats remain vacant, then they may be up by students from any other religion/ caste/ category across India upon meeting the eligibility criteria. CEE AMPAI 2025 Participating Institutes
The CEE-AMPAI-2025-WB exam is conducted for admission into 4-year B.Tech and B.Pharm degree courses at the participating institutions. The following colleges accept the admission of students through the Common Entrance Examination, AMPAI:
- JIS College of Engineering (JISCE), Kalyani, West Bengal
- Narula Institute of Technology (NIT), Agarpara, Kolkata
- Guru Nanak Institute of Technology (GNIT), Sodepur, Kolkata
- Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmaceutical Science & Technology (GNIPST), Sodepur, Kolkata
- Dr. Sudhir Chandra Sur Institute of Technology & Sports Complex (DSCSITSC), Dumdum, Kolkata
Note: The aforesaid institutions are affiliated to Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (Formerly West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT)), a Public State University in West Bengal. While JISCE, NIT, and GNIT have been granted Autonomous status by the UGC.
What is CEE AMPAI?
The Association of Minority Professional Academic Institutes (AMPAI) conducted the Common Entrance Examination AMPAI-WB (CEE AMPAI WB) for admission to first-year BTech and BPharm degree courses offered by participating institutes through the minority quota. However, preference for admission will be given to Sikh minority students. If seats then left vacant may be filled up by students from any other religion/caste/category across India, upon meeting the required eligibility criteria. CEE AMPAI 2025 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to appear for the CEE AMPAI 2025 exam and secure admission in the approved institutes based on position in the merit list, candidates have to meet the CEE AMPAI 2025 eligibility criteria given below:
- The candidate must be a citizen of India
- Candidates must be at least 17 years of age as on December 31, 2025. There is no upper age limit. Date of Birth as recorded in Class X Examination under any School/Secondary Education Board Certificate/Admit Card will only be considered.
For Bachelor's in Engineering & Technology:
Candidates must have passed the 10+2 exam from a recognised Council/Board with:
- Individual pass marks in Physics and Mathematics along with any one of Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Computer Application as compulsory subjects with individual pass marks (in both theory and practical, wherever applicable) in regular mode.
- Minimum of 45% marks in the above subjects taken together, and passed in English in the 10+2 with a minimum of 30% marks.
For Bachelor's in Pharmacy Course:
Candidates must have passed the 10+2 exam from a recognised Council/Board with:
- Individual pass marks in Physics and Chemistry along with any one of Mathematics/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Computer Application as compulsory subjects with individual pass marks (in both theory and practical, wherever applicable) in regular mode.
- Minimum of 45% marks in the above subjects taken together, and passed in English in the 10+2 with a minimum of 30% marks.
Note: Candidates appearing in the 10+2 exam in 2025 may appear in the CEE-AMPAI-2025-WB, but will not be made eligible for allotment of seats for admission if he/she does not pass the qualifying exam with the required minimum eligibility criteria.
