All the institutions were very prestigious institutions of India holding a good NIRF ranking. You will not be disappointed after taking any of these.
Talking about the facilities and placements of ECE branch of these colleges the following might help you to choose better,
NIT SURATHKAL The institute has well-equipped labs with tools and software. Faculty members here are extremely knowledgeable, qualified and dedicated. Facilities available in the hostel include single rooms for every student of the third and fourth year. Wi-Fi facility is available on the entire campus.
Placements Around 90% of the students got placed in total both on-campus and off-campus. The highest salary package offered was around 24 LPA. The average salary package offered was around 8-9 LPA for our discipline with Oracle, Samsung, Texas Instruments as top recruiters. Top roles offered are a digital and analog engineer, data scientist, etc.
NIT Trichy The classrooms have a good infrastructure with air-conditioners and 24x7 Wi-Fi with unlimited speed. There is a huge library in our college, where approximately 2-3 lacs books are available.
Placements Around 80-90% of students get placed in different domains. Companies like L&T, Cantilever, PSUs, etc., come for placements. The highest package offered was 17 LPA, and the lowest package was 6 LPA. And average package is around 8-9 LPA.
NIT WARANGAL College has beautiful infrastructure, it has vast area and almost covered with green plants. Wi-Fi is available all over the campus area, library is also there, many labs during the course makes the students industry ready.
Placements Almost 80% of students gets placed every year in ECE course High package is 31 LPA appox and average package is 15 LPA and the lowest package is 7 LPA appox Top recruiting companies are Texas instruments, Oracle, Qualcom, Intel, Microsoft etc.
IIIT HYDERABAD The faculty members are excellent. The labs here are one of the best. It has a robust research background and has all the facilities required. Hostels are of decent quality, and the food is average.
Placements Almost there are 100% placements for B.Tech students in the college. The highest for ECE would be around 16 LPA and lowest is around 6 LPA. Here average salary ranges around 8-9 LPA.

If you are able to get it in nit surathkal then undoubtedly go for it. As it is one of the top nits and the placements of this college is top notch. The median package for the current year was around 9L per annum.
In it branch you would be able to sit for all the tech giants including Microsoft, de Shaw, Amazon, Deloitte and other parallel companies.

The college had a big name already and it lived by it. It provided a campus considering the comfort of the students incorporating all the necessary facilities like the labs for the science and libraries.
Could be better. Hostels are old. Cleanliness could be improved. People are nice. Staff is decent. They try to do their best but they struggle to accomplish the same. No hot water. Lot of bee hives and I've been bit multiple times. Food is nice.
The course is divided into six trimesters , with three trimesters in each year . The evaluation is based on two components : 50 marks for internal components comprising assignments and presentations , and 50 marks for the end of the semester exam .
