If it is OBC category rank 25k then you will probably miss out getting into NIT Surathkal and in case it is OPEN ( general ) rank you can get into ,branch is your choice but you won’t get CSE, ECE, EEE for sure.

Dear learner firstly congrats on getting such a score on JEE Mains but you must use your OBC rank to check opening and closing ranks for any engineering stream in NIT Suratkhal. You can not hover around with the percentile, you need to mention your rank!

As you want to do Mtech, so overall all the mentioned colleges are good. But comparing the quality NIT surathkal would be at top among these three. Although there is IIT but IIT jodhpur is not as good as NIT surathkal. Placements are also very good here.
