You have low chance to get admission in NITs kurukshetra Or any other NITs with this percentile . Your expected rank is 70,737. NITs wants more than 97 percentile from general category student. I would suggest you should be appear for jee mains April season.

Yes, probably you can but it also depends on the stream you want. Getting computer science can be difficult but you can easily get other streams like chemical engineering, metallurgical etc

For this you have to wait till counselling. And if you have scored this much , i think you have a fair chance in advance , so prepare well for it. You may even get an iit.

For different branches the cutoff varies significantly. Again being a home State candidate and other state candidate also changes thing.

Reservation policy also changes things. If you belong to SC or ST category it becomes quite easier to get admitted here. Considering all this the cutoff will vary. Significantly getting within 40,000 rank will get you a seat in the lowest of branches here. Considering that for every branch the cut off varies.

Industrial design( no placements , but more exposure)
