Based on previous year cut off there are chances for your to get NIT for Chemical Engineering and Metallurgical & Materials Engineering, under Home State quota. However, these are just predictions, you will get admission based on this year's cut off only which might vary till certain extent.

You may get non core branch from home state quota in the spot rounds according to last year cut offs ( 2018 only).

If you see other than 2018 cut offs ; it is difficult to get admission in nit Srinagar.

You may get it from the home state quota. You should apply for it in the counselling process by JEE mains rank. I will suggest you to apply for the lower branch there having the largest cutoff according to the previous year scores.
