academics at nit srinagar are pretty good. the faculty is experienced and helpful, though like every college. he syllabus is well structured and updated as per industry needs. students get enough exposure to projects and research.

The campus is honestly one of the most beautiful in the country with a scenic view of Dal lake and surroundings mountain. some hostels are a bit old. but they are manageable overall the natural beauty makes the college feel special.
Placements
Placement are decent for core branches like CSE, IT and ECE. big companies like infosys, tcs, wipro and some product based firm visit the campus. the highest package go to CSE students while other branches get average package.

Academics
Engineering was my choice because of the variety of career options in this field. The teaching quality is satisfactory, with professors providing a good theoretical foundation. The curriculum, however, is a bit outdated and could be improved to cover more modern advancements like IoT and 5G technologies.
College Infra
Facilities are okay, with classrooms that are functional and equipped with WiFi and smartboards.
Laboratories meet basic needs.
The library is large but lacks some newer resources.
Sports facilities are acceptable, though not always fully utilized. Hostels need better cleanliness, and food needs improvement.
Placements
The quality of placements for engineering students has been excellent, with over 80% of students securing offers.
The highest salary package ranged between 25 and 30 LPA, highlighting strong industry connections.
The median package stood at 11 to 12 LPA, which is competitive in the engineering sector.
The placement process was smooth, with the college offering tremendous support at every stage.

yes, our college has all the facilities and infrastructures we have facilities like wifi, smart boards and seating and acoustics, and labs are euipped up to date equipment relevent to the subjects being taught
Campus Life
our is campus is india's no 1 beautiful college. it is best in its infrastructure and academic performance, students engage in sports and cultural activities. staff is very friendly with students .it is safe and it can handle emergencies.
Placements
the placements are quite good 40 percent of students are placed in our college and the highest package is 40 lakhs/annum. the average salary is 6/annum and the placement process is so easy our is very supportive

NIT Srinagar's fee structure for PHD and MBA/PGDM programs is as follows:
Phd Program
- Total Tuition Fee: 1.74 lakh for the entire 2-year course, with an annual fee of 80,000 or 87,000 (as per different sources).
- Specializations: Various specializations are offered, including Physics.
MBA/PGDM Program
- Total Tuition Fee: 4 lakh for the entire 2-year course.
- Additional Fees: Hostel fee is 1.15 lakh, and one-time payment is 16,500.
Additional Costs
- Hostel Accommodation: 1.71 lakh for Ph.D. students, and 1.15 lakh for MBA/PGDM students.
- One-time Payment: Includes admission processing fee, syllabus, crest, convocation, and certificate charges, alumni association membership fee, and institute security deposit.
As for the MTIEM program, I couldn't find ANY information about it on NIT Srinagar's official website or contact their admissions office for more details.

does nit srinagar accept rba I have a rba category so plz tell me
NIT Srinagar does not accept the RBA (Resident Backward Area) category as it is a reservation category specific to Jammu and Kashmir and not recognized at the national level, including for admissions to central institutions like NITs so you are not able to apply.
Moreover If you belong to the RBA category, you will not be able to claim reservation benefits when applying to NIT Srinagar; you will be considered under the general category.

sir my all India rank in jeemains is 86900. which option will be better for me. to join nit srinagar with civil or chemical branch. or to take admission in any other colleges with cse branch.

Taking admission in nit srinagar in civil branch or in any other college in cse branch completely depends on your choice. It depends on your thought process and the field in which you want to further pursue your study. Both the branches are suitable and best for pursuing engineering but it depends on whether which field you are interested to excel your carrer.
You can further wait for the more rounds of counselling to happen and then check about the future possibilities of the colleges in which you are eligible for the admission.
