The fees of B.Arch at School of Planning and Architecture Delhi is INR 4.93 Lakhs. The eligibility criteria is as follows:-

• Candidate shall be eligible for admission to the First Year of the Bachelors’ Degree programme in Architecture or Planning if they have obtained at least 50 percent marks in aggregate with Mathematics as a subject in the Class 12th or qualifying examination.

Though SPA Delhi provides a good environment for B.Arch but from placement's point of view, there are rarely any placements in SPA Delhi as compared to IIT . IIT tag itself plays a major role, for placements. Here you can even get placements with very high packages.

In 2019 the cut off was as follows for School of Planning & Architecture, Vijayawada for admission to B.Planning

• General: 4296
• OBC-NCL:1865
• SC: 689
• ST: 346
• EWS: 730

Your overall expected rank will be around 2412 by the formula (100-your total percentile)*44517/100 where 44517 is the total number of candidates appeared in JEE Main B.Plan January session. You haven't mentioned your category but irrespective of your category you may have chances of getting seat in SOP, Vijayawada but cut off changes every year depending on total number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam, number of seats available etc. It may increase or decrease.

You have not mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category based on 2019 cut off you may have chances of getting seat in the following institutes

• NIT, Patna

However, cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease slightly depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam, number of seats available etc. And it is difficult to predict your marks because percentile does not remain the same for a given mark because percentile is the percentage of candidates who score less or equal than you. Your marks might be in between 300-350. This is just an estimation your actual marks may change.

SPA vijayawada :- it has 3.4/ 5 rating. reviews given by the students indicates that college campus has average performance in placement and infrastructure is fine.  College provides good academic curriculum. it is planned so that teachers and students will get enough time and space for each and every subject.  This helps students to learn and work on different small  projects work which will help them gain skills.

SPA vijaywada is ranked 9 by NIRF for architecture. if you want to learn and gain skills then this will be better option.

NIT rourkella:- will be a good option but it is not architecture specific college.  it has 4.2/5 rating. Fees for BArch is 1.78 lakhs for 1st year and 1.54 lakhs for rest year which is fine for a NIT campus fee.

institute is ranked 32 by NIRF for overall performance across all the degree stream and domain. Placement is good. Highest package was 40lpa which is good achievement.  academic is also good, and advances. faculty are well learned and experiences.

from above all points, NIT rourkella will be a best option than SPA.

The SPA college is the most reputed architecture college,where the students are enrolls to work with the most international and national companies. In SPA college till 2017 there is no specific placement cell the students have to strive themselves to get enrolled in a company. But in 2018 the college came up with a placements cell, now the students can easily enroll into a company through this placement cell. The average salary of the students here is upto 4 lakhs per annum. And the percentage of the placements will be varies every year the average will be around 20% of total college can have chances to get into the jobs through the placements cell

There are direct campus placements which will be offered for almost 25% of the students, and the rest will be placed soon after completing the course. The average salary package offered will be 7.2 LPA. After the course, everyone will be starting as a junior architect. The average salary package offered for the course is 6-6.5 LPA. Almost 100% of the students will be getting internships.

Only 25 percent of the students got placed. Annual gross salary offered were in the range of around 5 Lacs to 6 Lacs. Recruiters approached were mainly privately owned educational Institutions and universities.

SPA Delhi is a great college. But you should apply for Architecture Aptitude Test . It will help you bag admission in IITKGP or IITR which are better than SPA. The scope of architecture is quite good.  As their would be need of civil engineers for building , Architect would be required too for designing. You have a great percentile. So it will help you bag great colleges. You should Apply for NIT Calicut too. Its B Arch program too is great.
