Thank you for your Query. According to the School of Planning and Architecture Vijayawada NATA is not considered as an admission criteria. The primary admission criteria is the IIT JEE Mains and the cutoff required according to the 2018 is as follows

Dear Aspirant,

Though SPA Delhi provides a good environment for B.Arch but from placement's point of view, there are rarely any placements in SPA Delhi as compared to IIT ROORKEE. IIT tag itself plays a major role, for placements. Here you can even get placements with very high packages.

You got 96.2 percentile in JEE main exam, your rank would be approximately in between 4000 to 5000. Also, you can check your expected rank using the formula:

Rank = (100-percentile)*(No. of students appeared for the examination)/100

As the no. of students appeared for Paper 2 are 112680, your rank will be around 4200. On the basis of your percentile, the you will get these college:

School of Planning & Architecture: Vijayawada

Mizoram University, Aizawl

Last year All India cutoff for School of Planning & Architecture: Vijayawada is 3700. So, in home state quota you have more chances of getting it.

Admission process for different branches is different like,

1. If you are applying for the BArch and BPlan courses then you will  get admission on the performance in JEE Main (Paper 2)
2. Selection to PG course will be based on qualifying degree and subsequent testing rounds which will be conducted by the college
3. Also , if you are applying for PhD you must have completed your Master’s degree in a relevant field of study with a  minimum of 55% marks

For Barch course it is about 61,660 rupees per year.
For B plan course it is about 62,800 rupees per year.

Hello student admission in School of Planning and Architecture is through Jee main paper 2. In January jee main paper 2, 112679 appeared.

There's 122 seats for Bachelor of Architecture. And 35 seats for Bachelor of Planning.

Your percentile score is good enough. Hence if you want a seat in Spa, new delhi which is one the best colleges, I think you can get a seat there.

As you haven't mentioned any stream so i am mentioning about both the stream i.e  Barch and Bplan.

I think it will be at the border line because if you consider last year, 250 was considered as a safer score for barch. For Bplan it was around 225.

So, probability is high. No need to worry.

Unfortunately, NO.
Diploma candidates cannot apply for admission in B.Arch courses in SPA,New Delhi.
The eligibility criteria requires a candidate to have completed 10+2 with Mathematics as compulsory subject and 50% minimum marks in the boards examinations.
Admission is based on JEE Mains score.
