In JEE Mains paper 2, a rank below 500 can ensure you a seat in SPA or Manipal, as these are the first prefered colleges. For a rank below 500, you should aim for a score of 320 and above, as the competition is tough every year.

It's about 50% of the total marks. Above 70% and you can get a seat in one of the finest institutions in India offering B.Arch. For B.Arch at IITs the admission is based on JEE Advanced Rank and for admission in NITs, SPA, BIT Mesra, SMVDU the admission is based on JEE Main Paper 2 Rank.

• The application process conducted by the SPA Vijayawada is offline.
• For admission in B.Arch and B.Plan, the candidates must have passed 10+2 with minimum 75% marks in aggregate from any recognised Board.
• Selection criteria in B.Arch and B.Plan is based on the entrance exams like JEE Main or JoSAA.
• Admission in M.Arch and M.Plan requires a graduate degree in Architecture and Planning respectively with minimum 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.5 on 10 point scale.
• Ph.D admission requires a master’s degree in related subjects with 55% marks from any recognised University/ Institution.
• Selection in M.Arch and M.Plan is done on the basis of GATE entrance exam.
• Selection in Ph.D. is based on the GATE/ UGC-NET/ CSIR-NET/ JRF/ ICMR entrance examination.

Hello aspirant!  Let me to inform you that Nata is a centralized test for architecture admission. But there is no centralized counseling for Nata score. You have to contact the colleges personally whose eligibility criteria you fulfill and apply for admission there. So for Nata you must decide which college you want to go to.

The normal cutoff of NATA is 70 marks out of 200. If you get ranked between 1-500 you can get into any top NITs like NIT, Trichy or SPA, Delhi. You must score at least 70% in NATA to get into other NITs in India. You have to score between 120 - 150 to get your desired college.
