Hello Shahzeb,
Yes, your boards marks does count, but only for eligibility proposes and you are eligible. You do not need to appear for any improvement examination. The admission in b. Architecture is solely dependent on the entrance examination. For IITs, you need to appear for the JEE advanced examination.

Hi Jashn,
Both are decent colleges for architecture in the capital city of Delhi. They are affiliated to the state university of Delhi that is GGSIPU. Among the two, Vastukala is slightly better because it is an older institution and has better studies and opportunities in comparison to MBS which was established just ten years ago. Careers 360 has also rated Vastukala better than MBS after researching on few parameters.
All the best.
B.Plan in the second round of counselling, and the last round cutoff was 2052. For B.Arch, the last round rank was 523 in 2017.
In 2016, last round cutoff for B.Arch was 975, and 2292 for B.Plan. make sure you are updated and upto it.
The competition is getting fierce year after year.
So, according to me, marks required (predicted) for admission to SPA Delhi are -
The infrastructure of the college is average. The chairs and tables are very old and some of them are broken. The lighting in the classroom is good. The window air-conditioners are also old they just blow air, as long as someone is near to air-conditioner, they will feel it. Else for the size of the classroom, the air-conditioners are not that powerful. The projector is good. Wi-Fi signals are not strong but it works and many useful sites are blocked. There is always construction going on so it's always dusty and loud. The canteens are average to good and prices are high. There is no international food chain company like Dominos, KFC, etc.
There were many Wi-Fi routers available in our college. Best labs and best smart classrooms are provided. There are three libraries available in our college. Even the best facilities are provided for sports. Occasionally every year, many games are organised for students. Our college is the best.
The facilities and the infrastructure available to us on our campus are amazing, as they provide us with 24*7 Wi-Fi and electricity, and only this means that our entire college is equipped with cameras, therefore making campus life safe for girls and making it a safe place.
