The closing rank for admission in NITs last year into BArch program was less than 1000 for OBC NCL category while for SPAs it was around 700. For BPlanning the cut-off went up slightly to 1200 in SPAs. This year's cut-offs are also expected to be similar. Hence,

In 2018, the closing rank in SPA Delhi for General PWD category was 14 in B.Arch and 44 in B.Planning. So going by the previous year statistics, you have almost no chances of getting any seat in SPA Delhi given your pwd rank in JEE Paper 2 2019 is 145.

i secured 19,073 in open category and 5990 in obc-ncl.can i get spa vijayawada

Last year cutoff for SPA Vijaywada goes from 1317-3542.

For doing B.Arch at NIT's and SPA's..which one is better????

AS PER MY OPINION B.ARCH IS BETTER IN NIT , IF YOU CAN GET. ITS AFFORDABLE AND THE AS FAR AS I HAVE CAME OVER THE RESPONSES THEIR FACULTY IS GOOD TOO.

My daughter got CRL 6074 in Jee mains paper2, 2019.What are her chances of college in JoSSA counselling like NIT or SPA etc

Hi. If you consider the female quota, your daughter has a good chance to get admitted to NITs. She also may get a good government college. Chances are slimmer for SPA. Make sure to register in JoSAA counselling procedure. Also do check out the Careers360 college predictor.

College Infrastructure

The School of planning and architecture Delhi is known as the one of the best place in India for planning and designing studies .The overall interest picture of the campus is good but it is more focus on academic species then on luxury facility. The classrooms are simple plane and Vela arrange and with a projectors and boots that make a learning comfortable.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of the college is average. The chairs and tables are very old and some of them are broken. The lighting in the classroom is good. The window air-conditioners are also old they just blow air, as long as someone is near to air-conditioner, they will feel it. Else for the size of the classroom, the air-conditioners are not that powerful. The projector is good. Wi-Fi signals are not strong but it works and many useful sites are blocked. There is always construction going on so it's always dusty and loud. The canteens are average to good and prices are high. There is no international food chain company like Dominos, KFC, etc.

College Infrastructure

There were many Wi-Fi routers available in our college. Best labs and best smart classrooms are provided. There are three libraries available in our college. Even the best facilities are provided for sports. Occasionally every year, many games are organised for students. Our college is the best.
