Hello student,
With a rank of around 3,100 in the EWS category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in NIT's when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, the closing ranks for general category was around 4,00 0 for the best NIT's. So, EWS is 10% of general category and it goes somewhere around 1000. This, you don't really stand a chance. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection
