Hello Aspirant,
Yes for this year it has been removed so the candidate is eligible for admission to NITs/IIITs/SPA/GFTIs/CFTIs even if he/she has not scored 75% marks in his/her class 12th because to qualify for JEE Mains, there is no minimum aggregate percentage criteria and also if you want to take admission into NITs, IIITs or CFTIs then you should pass in your class 12th. Because as per the latest announcement made by our Hon'ble Education minister Mr.Ramesh Pokhariyal Nishank, the 75% criteria has been removed for upcoming year 2021-22.

Hello,
Last year JEE Main cut off rank in SPA, Delhi in B.Arch was General: 31-768, OBC : 191-733, SC: 24-218, ST: 12-65. So, if you are a general category student you need to have more than 320 marks to get a seat in the college. But, keep it in mind that the cut off varies every year as it depends upon various factors link no. of students, paper complexity, highest marks obtained by candidate etc.
You can get all the details about the college from the link below

Good luck.
The infrastructure of the college is average. The chairs and tables are very old and some of them are broken. The lighting in the classroom is good. The window air-conditioners are also old they just blow air, as long as someone is near to air-conditioner, they will feel it. Else for the size of the classroom, the air-conditioners are not that powerful. The projector is good. Wi-Fi signals are not strong but it works and many useful sites are blocked. There is always construction going on so it's always dusty and loud. The canteens are average to good and prices are high. There is no international food chain company like Dominos, KFC, etc.
There were many Wi-Fi routers available in our college. Best labs and best smart classrooms are provided. There are three libraries available in our college. Even the best facilities are provided for sports. Occasionally every year, many games are organised for students. Our college is the best.
The facilities and the infrastructure available to us on our campus are amazing, as they provide us with 24*7 Wi-Fi and electricity, and only this means that our entire college is equipped with cameras, therefore making campus life safe for girls and making it a safe place.
