For applying to the B.Arch program at SPA. You must have to obtained at least 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent examinations. You should have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as the main subjects in 10+2 examinations. Students who have qualified 10+3 Diploma course with Mathematics as the main subject are eligible to apply for the B.Arch program. You have obtained at least 50% in a Diploma course.
For admission to SPA Delhi B.Arch, You have to applied for JEE Main examination.
You must have to appeared in JEE Main exams.

Hi . It would have been better if you had stated the rank but I can still give you a general idea about it. If your rank is in top 500 ,then you can easily get an architecture seat in top NITs. like SPA Delhi, NIT Trichy . As far as I know, for general students 250+ marks is the minimum marks required to get into a NIT. And if you are an OBC student then 215+ marks will be enough. So, I doubt you won't get a seat in NITs or SPA.

For unreserved or general category student the minimum percentile to get NIT or same category colleges focus on something around 98 percentile. 98 is the safe score if you want to join a NIT with core branches. Paath remember for getting admission in NIT or IIT you must secure 75% marks in 12th board exam (65% for reserved category candidates).

So let's start with the cut-off of SPA delhi is around 978 and cut-off of spa vijayawada is around 634. So I guess it is quite tough for you be in these two colleges and offcourse you mention  MANIT is around 1990 there are chances but a little less.

You have to score more than 99.32 in JEE- MAINS 2 paper to get admission in SPA, Delhi. And for the CCA, Chandigarh you have more than 170 Marks in paper 2

BTech in digital techniques for design and planning placement records are not that good extremely inconsistent, average placements record is around 25%. The lowest package is offered 10K  and average packages is around 20K. Companies like Purple talk, My home, etc come for placements. BTech planning there is extremely less scope for this course mostly there are no chances for placement in this [particular field but there are chances for you to get placed in different sectors(something out of this particular course). ALL THE BEST. Hope the answer was of some help.

Hence, you can only get the seat in Manit Bhopal if you have home state quota,otherwise there is no chance of you to get the admission in any other SPA college as their cutoffs are high.But you can try your luck in CSAB Special counselling.
