The college boys' hostel is called Chandrasekhar Azad Boys Hostel. The hostel is equipped with all the necessary facilities such as spacious rooms, attached bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a 24-hour water supply. A warden and security guard are available.

The college has a girls' hostel at ABSSIT Meerut also has all the necessary facilities. A dressing room is also provided to the girls' hostel. A mess is available which serves well-cooked and nutritious meals.

The college Spending quality time is never a problem at ABSS. Sports facilities are provided for Table Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball, Chess, Carrom, etc. At  ABSS, we encourage the students to participate in sports/games by conducting various activities on the campus for recreation and overall development of personality.

The college has a dedicated language lab of 30 Computers based on the U.K 's Clarity Software. The teaching aid is available on the computers, duly networked, and focuses on English grammar and pronunciation. The Software provides practice in word stress, accent, rhythm, and intonation to develop and improve learners' language skill in speaking, reading, writing and listening. It develops communication competence.

The college offers cafeteria facilities to all the students and staff. The cafeteria provides a place for the students to socialise and interact with each other.

The college also has an auditorium to host various seminars, guest lectures, and annual events. It is very spacious with good accommodation and seating facilities.

The college also has good transportation facilities to and from the institute. It has its own fleet of buses and cabs, reducing the students’ dependency on public transport.
