Can I get seat in amrita university ? I got 91.6 percentile in jee mains but I just scored 71% in pcm cbse board

Hello I am assuming you belong to the general category.

Now, you need just 60 percent or more than 55 percent in individual subjects to be eligible for Amrita University seats. This, you have cleared.

Now, your percentile of 91.6 might just narrowly miss out on Computer Science course. Wait for May 31, when the official cut off will be released. I would say you are in with a chance, but going by previous years, it's a little difficult.
However, you should be eligible for courses other than the ones you mentioned, easily.

Congratulations on securing good ranks. You are very much eligible for CSE in all 4 Amrita Campuses under open category. Also, I think that you're eligible for a scholarship seat. CSE in Amrita Coimbatore is the best comparitvely, since cutoff marks for CSE in Coimbatore are high than other campuses . Also the placements are top notch. Hello Vamshi,

You've secured a good rank in AEEE. But, for ECE in open category the closing rank is around 2500 which will be difficult for you to get a seat . But, if you're from Tamil Nadu , you can easily get a seat in Coimbatore campus via state quota.

I GOT 14K RANK IN AEEE AND 75 PERCENTILE IN JEE MAINS WILL I GET INTO AEROSPACE ENGINEERING IN AMRITA COIMBATORE

It is difficult to get aerospace engineering with a rank of 14k in aieee since the cutoff was around 20k.You can try writing amrita university entrance examination or get seat through management quota. You can also write other competitive exams to get a good engineering seat.

My rank is 3418 in AEEE... And my jee main percentile is 95..Will I get into EEE in Amrita coimbatore

Which college better for CSE between AMRITA COIMBATORE VS NIT DURGAPUR

Hi

Both Amrita and NIT provide excellent placement records.

Average salary package for Amrita is around 4 lacs PA . Faculty members are highly qualified and course curriculum is excellent.

Nit Durgapur has good placements. Average package is around 6-7 lacs. Faculties are also talented and experienced . Curriculum is also modified but still need some changes and can be made more industry Oriented.

Hello aspirant,

Based on your rank and the previous year cut offs you will only be able to get admission in B.Tech ECE in Amrita School of Engineering, Bengaluru. If you have a home state quota for any of the two states you can get both ECE and CSE in the respective campus.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of our college is really good. The location itself help the students to create positive energy among themselves. There is a continuous Wi-Fi facility which helps the students for learning and improvement. Classrooms, library, medical facilities all are good.

College Infrastructure

A very beautiful green campus. It has a free Wi-Fi facility, but the coverage range is a problem as it is interior. It has a medical dispensary inside the campus. Apart from these, there is a gym facility for both boys and girls, high standard swimming pool, departmental store and salon.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of the college is really awesome. Wi-Fi facility is provided in academic block and hostels. The dispensary is available for 24 hours. The food served is hygienic but not tasty. Most of the hostel students hate the food served to them. There are single rooms for MBA students. I am not facing any issues related to the infrastructure of the college.
