It will be based on the number of applicants applied to each campus. You can apply using your JEE (Mains) score or AEEE. The most preferred branch opted by a candidate will be allotted on the basis of your JEE (Mains) score. See if you are from OC category, then with a rank of 51928- getting a branch of CSE, INF, ASE will be difficult as you have failed to reach the minimum qualifying rank however if you're from SC/ST category, chances of getting your desired rank will be possible as you have secured a rank above the minimum qualifying cutoff rank. However, it's an assumption based on the performance in the EAMCET exam and the last year cutoff categorically, so based on the official cutoff, you will get a seat in the college as per your rank.

A rank of 12805 is a bit of a low score for you to fetch you a seat in amritha campus in open quota for computer science engineering. And the branch of computer science is a demanding one. Not just that branch, branches like electronics and communication engineering, electrical and electronics engineering etc are sort of demanding branches.

There might be chances to get computer science. Might be in 2nd round or 3rd round of counselling. Apply for the university, attend the counselling. People might not be attending because, they might be preferring nit's and iits and other higher ranked colleges etc. But we cant be sure about this.

CSE in other branches is also equally good. Other branches also have adequate facilities and reputed professors and hence the quality of the course is equally well established.

Dayanand Sagar College Of Engineering (ECE) - As you may know around 70% students get placed in ECE every year with average package around 4 lakh per year in companies like  Oracle, E&Y, Infosys, Accenture and Aditya Birla etc. The faculty is really good and helpful. They are knowledgeable and provide help to the students wherever possible.

As for Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (CSE) - Around 90% of the students get placed with average package around 5 lakh per year in companies likeTCS, Infosys, Amazon, Cisco and VMware,Microsoft, Reliance, Visa, etc. CSE is more in demand than ECE. Most of the teachers have a PhD, and are well qualified, making Amrita the top private university in India.
