Anantha Lakshmi Institute of Technology & Sciences has two dedicated cells. Both the Anantha Lakshmi Institute of Technology & Sciences placements cell and the Careers Development Cell play a crucial role in shaping the careers of students.

ALITS Placement Process 2025

ALITS placement cell invites companies from various industries.
Recruiters interested in the placement drive accept the invitation and their participation is confirmed.
Interested candidates can register for the placement drive by submitting the required documents to the ALITS placement cell.
The company and institute will schedule the placement drive.
Before the placement process begins, each employer may deliver a pre-placement presentation as per their convenience.
After the Pre-Placement talk, candidates can decide if they want to withdraw their candidature based on their interests.
In order to get selected the candidates should qualify the required tests and interview for getting the placement offer.
The candidates selected will be receiving the offer letters.

As per the placement sessions around 50% of the students gets placed in companies. As ECE students can go software and hardware sides it is beneficial so 50% gets placed depending on their interests.

Placements in our college are very good . Many companies visit to place Mtech students specially in computer science and engineering . 60% of Mtech students gets placed in good companies. Average salary is about 5 to 8 Lakhs per annum.
