ALITS Placement Procedure 

• ALITS placement cell invites companies from various industries.

• Recruiters interested in the placement drive accept the invitation and their participation is confirmed.

• Interested candidates can register for the placement drive by submitting the required documents to the ALITS placement cell.

• The company and institute will schedule the placement drive.

• Before the placement process begins, each employer may deliver a pre-placement presentation as per their convenience.

• After the Pre-Placement talk, candidates can decide if they want to withdraw their candidature based on their interests.

• In order to get selected the candidates should qualify the required tests and interview for getting the placement offer.

• The candidates selected will be receiving the offer letters.
