ALITS Placement Process 2025

ALITS placement cell invites companies from various industries.
Recruiters interested in the placement drive accept the invitation and their participation is confirmed.
Interested candidates can register for the placement drive by submitting the required documents to the ALITS placement cell.
The company and institute will schedule the placement drive.
Before the placement process begins, each employer may deliver a pre-placement presentation as per their convenience.
After the Pre-Placement talk, candidates can decide if they want to withdraw their candidature based on their interests.
In order to get selected the candidates should qualify the required tests and interview for getting the placement offer.
The candidates selected will be receiving the offer letters.

The placement opportunities in the college are moderate. A decent number of companies visit the campus every year, but most of them are mass recruiters offering packages in the range of ₹3–4 LPA. While the college highlights a few high-package offers, these are usually secured by a small percentage of students. The overall placement percentage is average, and students from branches like CSE/IT tend to have better opportunities compared to core branches such as Mechanical or Civil, where placements are relatively limited. Many students from non-IT branches often shift towards software roles due to fewer core company visits. The college provides basic placement training, including aptitude tests, communication skills, and interview preparation. However, students aiming for higher packages or product-based companies need to rely heavily on self-learning and external preparation. Internship opportunities are available but not consistently provided to all students, so individual effort plays a crucial role. Overall, placements are satisfactory for students who actively prepare, but the college alone may not be sufficient to secure top-tier job opportunities.
