Yes our college had all necessary infrastructure all 10 departments have their own building facilities are also good also.only problem is that it is of oldish type that means it is in developing condition but right that buildings of 1949 o think after few year it.

All proffessors are well qualified. If you are interested in higher academics they are always ready to help.The faculty are experienced of core branches and the curriculum is engaging. They possess in depth knowledge of their respective fields.

Birsa Institute of Technology (BIT) Sindri has concluded its placement process for its BTech batch passing out in 2023. As per the latest report, the highest package and average package offered during placements 2023 stood at INR 50 LPA and INR 7 LPA, respectively. Further, more than 900 offers were made and more than 51 companies visited during BIT Sindri placements 2023. The top recruiters of BIT Sindri in 2023 were Adani Group, Air India, KPMG, DE Shaw Group, TCS - Digital, etc.

BIT Sindri is one of the best colleges that Jharkhand has. People have already mentioned so much of facts. According to me the best part of this college is ROI(return on investment). I mean look at the amount you spend here compared to your friends who are doing Btech from NITs(except some few exceedingly good one) and private engineering colleges and the return you get. I think at the end what matters is the degree you have and where you are. BIT is best in both?.

BIT Sindri provides you with a well-established library with enough books from various branches as well as some competition books of GATE and CAT as well. There are many clubs in school such as HNCC, IETE, LEO, MODEL, ISTE, ROTARACT and others. These clubs are dedicated to various fields ranging from coding to arts to social services. They provide space for students to explore themselves and improve their skills. There is a Sports Club in the college that conducts cricket tournaments etc.

BIT sindri is very good in various aspects whether it is the infrastructure, campus life, hostels, or education. There are few college which has separate department buildings but BIT has separate building for all the branches in it. The professors are also very helpful and skilled in their respective fields.overall good return of investment.

Birsa Institute of Technology Sindri (BIT Sindri), formerly Bihar Institute of Technology Sindri, is an affiliated engineering college in Sindri, Jharkhand, India. Established in 1949, BIT Sindri is one of the oldest engineering and technological institute in India.The Institute campus spreads over an area of 450 acres of land, located near the eastern bank of Damodar River.[1] The campus is fully residential, both for faculty as well as the students. Students are housed in a total of 27 Hostel.

The placement scenario of the lone state-owned engineering institute, BIT-Sindri improved as industrial growth revived this year. All this, as altogether 508 B Tech 2022 pass out batch students out of a batch of 750 students have already secured The highest ever package Rs 28 Lakh Per Annum (LPA) ever since its establishment has been secured by Shailesh Anand, a B Tech student of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) who was offered the position of Techn during campus placement so far.

Branch wise, the highest number of placements has been secured by Electrical Engineering which got 78 job offers followed by Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering and Information Technology which received 57,55 and 54 offers respectively. “As the placement of two more branches by Vedanta Limited is due, we are expecting the number to go further high,” said Rai and added that recently,15 students of Production Engineering have secured placement in Vedanta Limited .

How is life and placement at BIT Sindri? Well all I can say that Placement is average .. not bad. But you should focus on your academic class that will certainly decide your final selection in Any IT company in the season of placement in BIT. And apart from placement and study .. life in BIT campus is just unforgettable I bet you. If you spend any single minute in out college .. you will certainly say. “Mast lagaa yaar” Whatever the the situation is. All says that hostel life is the best .

Life at bit sindri is adventrous. Full of challenges and after facing this you would be able to face any situations of elsewhere. And about placement then it has seen its minima this year but it will move upwards as the time progresses due to the timeless effort of our hon’ble director Sir D.K. Singh. He is just trying to create a reaserch based institute like that of IISC bangalore. He has finalised many agreements for development of modern labs which are present in only some of the Institute.

The college has a very nice infrastructure spread over a wide campus area. It has a lavish green campus. The auditorium is also very big. The hostels here are also quite decent equipped with dining area as well.

I am going to pursue mining engineering in this college. The college provides a decent on campus placement opportunities. Also studying mining engineering provides equal opportunity for placements as well as govt job opportunities and that too in Jharkhand like states has a better scope.

In Bit Sindri, the core branches placement is quite decent. Almost all students who study sincerely gets a placement by the end of the college. Even internship opportunities are there in the college. The faculties here are very supportive.

The college academic fees is very less in compared to other colleges. it is like ~15k only. Adding up the other mess fees and hostel fees it is in total 80k approx. But that too is worth money because students gets quite good placement.

Campus life is decent but not like that in the IITs and NITs . Since IITs NITs are the most reputed and prestigious college in India for pursuing such deegres so yes campus life will be a bit less explicit.

If u are getting a chance to get admission in this college then you can undoubtedly take provided branch is acceptable to you.

Placement: average lies between 6 to 7 lpa and almost 90 to 95 percent student are placed. And the highest package is around 50lpa. As it is old institute it has huge alumni network which can be very helpful in placements.

Yes it is absolutely value for money because it is a government institute and fees is low (3 to 3.5 total included hostel,mess) and according to average it has pretty good average. and if you don't choose hostel and mess then the college fees is then 1.5 lakh in 4 years.

Campus Life is not that great but it has its own cultural group and cultural fest.The college is in a very remote the only city near Dhanbad which is 20km far away from the college that might some problem.

BIT SINDRI is very renowned institute with an great alumni network in almost every field. Provides everything all depends on your hardwork and dedication towards your field. There are some rules and norms that has to be followed.

Yess my college have all the necessary infrastructure, even new hostels buildings are in progress. Sport equipments have been provided to us we have one of the best libraries. Food quality is nice and hygienic too.

This is one of the reputed and oldest engineering college. Placements are quite good compared to other govt. Engineering college. Yes our study curriculum is well updated which will definitely make us job ready.

Quality of placements is 10 out 10 .All of the branches have quite decent placements. The college is on way of achieving 100%placement. Highest salary was offered 52 lakhs and average is around 6.5 lakh.

Totally worth it. Tution fees is very low and affordable. can't get a better ROI than this college

Descent infrastructure. Available Facilities: Civil Engineering Lab,Computer Lab,Electrical Lab,Mechanical Lab. The Institute has over 1,00,000 text and reference books of various disciplines of science, engineering and technology.

I m currently studying Mechanical engineering in bit sindri. Quality of academics is average. Some Professors are very helpful few exception exist. Overall if you are going to bit sindri you have to side, you can't ignore that.

Placement is good especially for core branches. Median package is roughly about 6-7 lpa. About 80-90 percent students are placed every year. In 2022 the highest salary offered was 28 lpa by google and avg was around 7-8 lpa.

Thik thaak. College building is too old as it one of the oldest college in the country. In my opinion college building doesn't effect study. If you have good circle of mates then all is well. Campus life will be good too.

College Infra is good with all the basic amenities fulfilled every branch has got its own building. Boys and Girls hostel are also available. The living spaces are clean and the whole campus is maintained fairly well

The placement of core branches is good with an average of 7-8 LPA. The placement of Computer Science and Information Technology are good but not on the level of Core branches nonetheless the placement are good

The college has all the basic facilities from gym to labs and well furnished classrooms.The college is spread in 500 acres.The campus is lush green with a total of 30 hostels accomodating more than 3000 students.unfornutaley the wifi is not available in the campus.The classroom is furnished with good benches and smart board.A central library adds to the charm of the college.We have an alumini house and a park in the campus.The college also boost about a software engineering park in the campus.

The academics of the college is good with endems of medium level difficulty and 2 midsems per semester.You can an ample amount of time apart from your academics to study your extra curricular activities.The professors are very friendly and knowledgeable.They approach your doubt in a very friendly and comfortable way.Overall it's academics is quiet good

The college has almost 100 percent placement.More than 50 companies visit every year for placement.The highest placement for the year 2023 was 50 LPA and the average of the entire batch was 7.5 lpa.ME EE AND METAL have best PLACEMENTS.The college is known for its core placements and has alumni network that can match all the old IIT's since it was on of the very old engineering college of India
