Both the colleges are decent colleges. BMSIT has good ratings in terms of College Infrastructure, Campus

Unfortunately you won't get admission in Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology - [Sir MVIT], Bangalore  or in BMS Institute of Technology and Management - [BMSIT & M], Bangalore because last year there Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) cutoff for CIVIL branch was around 22000.
