Both MS Ramaiah Institute and BMSIT are good Institutes for engineering in CSE.
But MS Ramaiah is an autonomous Institute due to which it's curriculum is always updated.
In terms of infrastructure, both them arr having the same facilities.
In placements, MS Ramaiah has a lit edge over BMSIT.
