BMSIT Bangalore Reviews on Infrastructure, Campus, Placement, Facilities & Faculty

The infrastructure is quite good with modern buildings and organized departments. The classrooms are spacious and comfortable. Labs are well equipped which helps students during practical sessions. The library is large and peaceful. Overall the campus provides a good learning environment

The academic experience is decent. Teachers are supportive and help students understand topics. Students who stay regular with classes can perform well academically. Academics here are good and organized. Professors guide students properly and help them understand concepts clearly. Internal assessments keep students consistent with studies.

The placement process is organized well. Companies visit the campus and students get multiple opportunities. Placements are good compared to many colleges. Students with good skills and preparation can secure good jobs. The placement cell supports students with training programs and interview preparation. Companies from different sectors visit the campus for recruitment which provides students with multiple opportunities

Infrastructure overall supports academic activities effectively. Labs are functional and accessible. Sports equipment is provided, but upgrades would improve quality. The university has decent sports grounds and indoor facilities. Lab infrastructure supports regular coursework, though high-end research equipment is limited.

Campus security and cleanliness are strong points. Labs provide hands-on learning opportunities with essential equipment. Sports facilities are available, but students interested in competitive-level sports may expect better infrastructure.

High-paying niche roles require extra certifications and advanced preparation. Placement statistics look satisfactory overall. However, expectations should remain realistic............................

The syllabus is mostly aligned with industry standards, especially in technical courses. However, practical exposure sometimes feels limited. You need to put extra effort outside class to fully understand certain topics.

Sports facilities include grounds for cricket, football, and basketball. Equipment is available, but maintenance could be slightly better in certain areas. The university provides separate labs for different departments with functional systems and tools. The

Students expecting guaranteed placements without preparation may feel disappointed. Many companies, especially from IT sectors, visit the campus every year. While this creates opportunities, competition among students is intense.

the campus infrastructure is modern and spacious with well designed classroms and properly maintained labs. Most labs have the required equipment for pratical learning though some advanced upgrades would help alot..

Academics here are fairly balanced. Some professors genuinely try to make concepts clear and interactive while others focus mainly on completing the syllubus. Internal exams come frequently which keeps students consistent but can feel stressful

Placements are decent if you consistently wor on your skills the placement cell conducts aptitude training, resume building sessions, an mock interviews. However, high salary packages are limited and usually secured by top performers

The university has a clean and modern look, which creates a good first impression. Hostel facilities are secure and disciplined, but the fees feel a bit high considering the food quality and room size. In the campus there are soo many trees which we feel no calm and nicee.

Faculty support is there if you approach them. Some professors are genuinely helpful during projects. But sometimes topics are rushed before exams, which makes it hard to fully understand concepts. A few classes get boring depending on teachers. Self study is must important

Internship support is available and it genuinely helps during final placements. Still, students expecting extremely high packages might feel slightly disappointed. The college provides opportunities, but cracking interviews depends more on personal performance than college reputation.

Wi-Fi is available across campus, though connectivity can fluctuate inside some buildings. Infrastructure supports academic activities well, but small technical issues sometimes take time to resolve. The library is well organized and useful for academic preparation. During exams it gets crowded, making it difficult to find seating. Overall, the environment is peaceful and suitable for studying.

I liked that the syllabus is somewhat updated and includes projects. Still, not every subject feels useful. A few classes get boring depending on who teaches. You definitely need self-study to actually understand everything

The placement cell is active and keeps students informed about drives. Many students do get placed, especially in IT roles. That said, top salary packages are limited, and competition within the batch is quite high, so consistent preparation becomes very important.

Wifi is super good in this college, more plantation all over the campus, the hostel is good the food is hygiene. Green board is available in our class with projector . In our class there our wooden benches

The teacher here in this college are very supportive, caring . But here the attendance is mandatory of 75 percent of else u won't get your hall ticket. There are good libraries in our college. The curriculum is updated they teaches new things

The placement in our college is good according to our seniors because this is my 1 st year so I have no idea about placement but our seniors told good companies come over here and hire you . Overall the placement is good

The college campus is not small, not too big. It is clean and filled with alot of greenery. The classrooms are big, well-ventilated, and equipped with projectors for visual learning. The laboratories are equipped with all the required tools and technologies. The sports area is nice but not big enough compared to the number of students. All the space is clean and well maintained, wifi is avilable, covering the whole campus. The canteen serves tasty, clean food.

I'm a third-year computer science and engineering student. The quality of teaching is fine. The teachers have very good knowledge of their respective subjects. The curriculum is fairly updated and contains the recent technologies.

The placements of last year's batch were ok, not too good. I don't know the percent of students placed but most of my senior friends got placed in good companies with one getting 19lpa The average salary was around 7.9 LPA, with around 10+ companies offering 15 LPA+. To sit in placements, the students must not have any active backlogs. the CGPA criteria depends on company to company but some even considers 12th marks for filtering

I got admission through the COMEDK quota, so the tuition fee for me was 264K/year, but it is increasing 20K/year for every batch. The student getting admission through KCET (only for Karnataka and neighboring states) pays around 80K/year. So I think if you are getting admission through the KCET, it is totally worth it, but for COMEDK, I am not sure if its worth the money you are paying since the fee is now 300K/year for batch of 2025-2029.

The campus life is fine if you find good friends to enjoy with. There is a college fest every year and a hostel fest, which are quite enjoyable. Most of the teachers are chill, but some should be avoided. the location of college is on a highway so there is no problem of any transport. Also, nearby area have some nice food stalls to hang out with friends
