Our college has a medical facility and has all the required first-aid medicines to aid the needy. The Institute has a tie-up with Agrawal Orthopedic Hospital for providing medical facilities to BIT Staff and Students. 

The Buddha Institute of Technology has a Gym facility for the students. Students can utilise their leisure time and perform workout during thier time so that they can remain physically fit throughout their studies. 

The BIT Gorakhpur has a library facility for all students. The library serves as a resource center and aims to develop a comprehensive collection of documents useful for students and faculty members of the institute, and provides means for the efficient dissemination of knowledge. 

The Buddha Institute of Technology Gorakhpur has sports facilities for all students. BIT offers the best of sporting facilities for its students for various outdoor sports like a well-constructed Basketball court of required standards, a Lawn tennis Court, a Badminton court, and a Cricket Field. There are well-equipped facilities for indoor sports like Table Tennis, Carrom. Construction of an indoor squash court is being planned.

The BIT Gorakhpur has an excellent IT Infrastructure for the students. The High-Tech labs consist of Client/Server architecture & a high-speed multi-services-enabled network. All labs have projectors and networks with leased-line Internet connectivity. Power backup is provided with more than 90 KVA of Online UPS.

The Buddha Institute of Technology has a well-equipped workshop where students learn about basic manufacturing methods. Every student prepares jobs in all the shops with his/her own hands under the guidance of experienced faculty and technicians. The workshop has the following sections: Machine Shop, Foundry Shop, Welding Shop, Fitting Shop and Sheet Metal Shop.
