If you will not get any seat in the second phase of counselling then your seat will not get cancelled you can claim your seat which you got in the first phase of counselling which is the CBIT seat there is no problem there but if you get seat in the second phase of counselling then you will loose your CBIT seat. So if you get a lower college than CBIT in the second phase of counselling then you will have to take that college you will not be eligible to claim your CBIT seat.

Both of them are very good colleges and both of them have a very good rating but the facilities in CBIT is better as compared to JNTUH,the fees of JNTUH is lower than CBIT the fees in JNTUH is Rs 72000 for 4 years but for CBIT it is Rs5.50 lakh for 4 years , median salary in CBIT is Rs 3.6 lakh per annum but fot JNTUH it is Rs 8 lakh per annum the highest placement in JNTUH is Rs18 lakh per annum so i will recommend you to try the college comparison link and see for yourself of which link i have provided below and see which suits you more

First of all Congratulations on scoring such a good rank . I think you should not worry  as your daughter will easily be able to get CSE in CBIT,Hyderabad as their closing rank is around 5200 so she shoudn't have a problem getting admission there . Congrats for getting good rank in TS EAMCET 2020. According to the last some years data of cut offs with SC caste you have good possibilities of getting seat in CBIT Hyderabad in Information Technology branch. The cut offs for SC category is 22987 as your rank is lower than that so you may get chances if admission there but as cut offs may vary year to year so you should also make plan B.

Firstly, category reservations will not be considered while allotting b-category seats for students, your common list rank (crl ) will be considered and seat allocation will take placing following the guidelines given by TSCHE strictly.The b-category notification for cbit has already been released and the deadline for applications is 26th october.So i suggest you to go through the details mentioned in the official website very carefully and submit the application
