based on your caste , rank and the branch you pick they gonna allot you a seat in particular college and  getting a particular college always depends on colleges you mention in your counselling and you need to pick the course which your interested and as per your query you have good chances to get admission in vasavi, vnr , cbit   as per previous years cutoff rank  and little difficult to get ou and jnuth as they are universities still try your luck and for more information go to below link regarding cutoff , counselling .. etc.

Congratulations! I can understand your confusion as the both choices are equally good . I will try to help you with this -

CBIT is a better college than vnr in terms of nirf ranking . if you want to go for a better college irrespective of the branch opt for cbit, the Placements in information technology sector will be almost equal to cse.

If you want to do your masters from cse after your btech then go for vnr cse ,as  you can get a better knowledge and you can explore  various domains in cse .

The Placements in  vnr for cse are  really good .

• CBIT : You need rank within 60000 in JEE Main.
• VNRVJIT: You need to clear TS EAMCET to get into this college.

If you are from SC /ST category then Annual income does not surpass 2 lakh. Also, You will be eligible for full  fee reimbursement without considering your Rank.

And if you are from BC category, then annual income must not exceed 1 Lakh. And if the rank is above 10,000+ then those students will get 35,000 as fee reimbursement, the rest amount of course should be paid by you.

Based on previous year cut-off, you definitely have a chance to get admission in cbit through bc- b category. Go on and apply in your preferred stream.

According to official website of CBIT HYDERABAD candidate can only take admission in the basis of two exams  TS-EAMCET and ECET.There is no official guideline regarding admission through JEE MAIN.Hence it would be impossible for you to get the admission.

That was a decent rank but with this rank you cannot get full fee reimbursement from the government if you belong to general or bc category but if you belong to sc or st then you might get full fee reimbursement from the government only if you have income certificate with below 1lakh annual income.

Congratulation on scoring good rank you are eligible for both the colleges as the closing cutoff for them starts from 11,000-20,000  you may not get CSE in BVRIT or if the closing rank increases you may get it but you will easily get other branches in BVRIT and in CBIT you are eligible for all the branches . CBIT Hyderabad admits people for B.Tech through 3 examinations
