According to official website of Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology you can take admission in B.Tech stream only through the exam of TS-EAMCET or ECET because there is information provided on Admission web page of their website is regarding them.

Hence you can not take admission in CBIT through JEE MAINs.You can also check its website and can check individually.

First of all congratulations on your success. It depends on your field of interest to choose college vs branch, if you are so keen towards CSE branch you can go for it  as VNR college is also a good reputed college. If you concerned about top institution JNTu would be better choice

It depends on the vacancies left. Spot admission is conducted for those who have qualified TS EAMCET and score 45% marks in group subjects and 40% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/BC category. The next priority is given for candidates who have not qualified TS EAMCET and based on the marks scored in qualifying exam admission is given under management quota. So you can seek admission but we would suggest you to please contact the college administration in this regard they shall help you with you the availability of seats, procedure and fee.

It's difficult to predict the exact possibilities of admission. It depends on the cut-off.cutoff changes every year. It depends on the lot of factors such as the exam pattern, the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, whether you belong to any category or not.

However with 38253 rank under sc category the chances of getting admission in any branch of CBIT seems less. This data is based on the previous year's cut-off., The closing rank was around 10000-12000 in CBIT.

If you belong to OC, you have chances to get into Biotechnology and Industrial production engineering.

If you belong to BCA, you can get branches except CSE, ECE, EEE and IT

If you belong to BCB, you can get branches other than CSE, EEE, ECE and IT.

If you belong to BCC, you can get branches other then CSE, EEE, ECE , IT and Civil engg.

If you belong to BCD, you can get branches other than CSE, ECE, EEE and IT.

If you belong to BCE, you can get branches other than CSE, ECE, IT and Civil engg.

If you belong to SC, you can get branches other than CSE and ECE.

If you belong to ST, you can get branches other than CSE, ECE, EEE and Civil engg.

This data is for girls and that too based on last year cut off.

Remember the cut off keeps changing every year based on various factors.

Hoping that you're doing fine in the global pandemic . On the basis of your rank and category . And also if telangana is your home state (assumption on the basis of your question ) . You may get ece in the last rounds of counselling . But if you want core branches like CSE and IT . Try to apply for your respective state counselling as it will be easy to get core branches on basis of your rank and category .
