Since you haven't mentioned your category , I am assuming your rank to be general.
So with your quoted details you might ( I repeat might as cutoff may fluctuate as it depends on various factors ) get IT ( not CSE ) .

your rank should be below
12k
. But as you said
your rank is 52k+ it's very difficult to get CS or IT branch in CBIT.
