Assuming that you are from Telangana, with a rank of 180000 in Open category and 27000 in EWS category your chances of getting a seat in CBIT, I am sorry to say, is not good. You can check out your chances of getting a college via TS EAMCET

JNTU Hyderabad and CBIT admissions based on scores of AP EAMCET/JEE Main .

. So, It is not possible to get JNTUH through JEE advanced ranking .

53,000 rank is a bit higher rank. SInce you have the obc reservation and ipe marks 970 which is comparitively a better mark. You have little chances of getting thorugh. But at the same time you might not be able to get through into core branches like computer

I'm sorry to say even with your category of ews your rank is quite high for student to get into chaitanya bharathi institute of technology.
Generally ews reservation is 10% more reservation than general candidates. To get into any branch in cbit the safe rank would be below 20000.
