Assuming that you are from Telangana, with a rank of 180000 in Open category and 27000 in EWS category your chances of getting a seat in CBIT, I am sorry to say, is not good. You can check out your chances of getting a college via TS EAMCET

. So, It is not possible to get JNTUH through JEE advanced ranking .
