You have not mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category you do not have chances of getting seat in this college as the cut off in 2018 was 1323 for admission to ECE. The cut off other categories is as follows

• BC-A:6345
• BC-B:2757
• BC-C:10393
• BC-D:1992
• BC-D:7091
• SC:10482
• ST:9599

Admission is solely based on merit in TS EAMCET recommendation is not considered. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates appeared difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

53,000 rank is a bit higher rank. SInce you have the obc reservation and ipe marks 970 which is comparitively a better mark. You have little chances of getting thorugh. But at the same time you might not be able to get through into core branches like computer science engineering, electrionics and communications engineering, electrical and electronics engineering etc.

However, you have chances to get into other courses like chemical engineering, civil engineering. If you have the home state reservation your chances mught improve.

I'm sorry to say even with your category of ews your rank is quite high for student to get into chaitanya bharathi institute of technology.
Generally ews reservation is 10% more reservation than general candidates. To get into any branch in cbit the safe rank would be below 20000.

You have not mention your category, Category is important because different category have different cutoffs. As per your percentile your rank is between 1lakh - 2lakhs. At this rank there is no chance to get CSE in CBIT college. To get admission in CBIT your rank should be below than 50K . and your rank is higher than 50K so it is too difficult to get CSE in CBIT. No worries there are some other college that you may get with your desired branch.
