For getting a seat in BITS hyderabad, you need to write a separate entrance BITSAT which has already been conducted last week.You cannot get a seat in BITS hyderabad through JEE mains. A score of 75% in CRL is a bit low of a rank. It depends on the percentile. Due to the competition increasing by the minute everyday, the need for scoring higher marks and scores keep increasing more and more. Hence, unfortunately the top nits and IITs would be tough to get into with this score. Also other Centrally Funded Technical Institutes ( CFTIs) such as the IIITs also would be a bit tough. There might be some chances of you getting into newer NITs such as NIT Andhra Pradesh or NIT Pondicherry into courses that are relatively lesser in demand such as metallurgy.

There are some other universities into which you have a good chance of getting into. Hence I would suggest you to apply for other universities. CBIT is a good university. But due to the high competition it would be advisable to apply to other universities.

I am sorry to say that with 77.30 percentile in JEE Mains, despite being an OBC Candidate, it would be difficult to get admission through CBIT. But, I will suggest you go for the counseling and wait until the spot round if you don't have any other better options.

Only colleges like IITs, IIITs and GFTIs participate in JOSAA counselling. State colleges do not participate in JOSAA counselling. If you want to take admission into local colleges through JEE Mains, then that process is called B-category. You can apply to private colleges in telangana state through your JEE Mains score.But for that you need to wait till the respective colleges release B-category notification. You need to frequently keep checking the college official website regularly and even contact the college either by personally visiting the college or contacting them through phone or else you might miss the chance because some colleges don't release the notification through newspaper. You colleges even charge extra fees if you join their college through B-category and not through respective state counselling.Hope your query is answered
