If your All india Rank in JEE mains is below 25,000. Then you have maximum chances to get CSE Admission at the CBIT through B-Category. However it is not CSC, It is CSE- Computer Science And Engineering. The B Category Admission notification is given through the college official website and the Telugu News papers . You need to check them regularly. And when the notification is released immediately you need to the fill form. The tution fee at the CBIT is 1.34 lakhs per year( new tution fee) . The hostel fee is around 60,000/- per year. The highest pay package is around 20 lakhs per annum while the average pay package is around 3.5 lakhs per annum. I hope you are doing good. Now Coming to your query, Dear if you want to go for further rounds then you shouldn't have paid the fee. If you paid the fee then college considered it as you accepted the seat otherwise they would give this seat to some other student in further rounds. So Now what you have to do is first go and meet your college administration to inform this I think they accept your request of not then least request them to return fee by cutting some amount. Coming to your next question, with 7822 rank it is quite difficult to EEE in Vasavi Engineering college because 2018 cutoff for EEE in Vasavi Engineering College for BC-D boys is 4165. Malla Reddy college of engineering is one of the top colleges to pursue CSE. But if your rank is close to the closing ranks of IARE, CBIT, CVR, VASAVI, VARDHAMAN, VNR it is possible for you to get admission in second phase. I would suggest you to go for second councelling as there is a chance for you to get in a better college. If you dont get in the desired college then you can go with the result of your 1st councelling. All the best

Sorry but with your rank it's very difficult to get cbit vbit cvsr college of engineering Geethanjali ace as the cutoffs are high .If you have category reservation then you have chance definitely. 

You should try for other  colleges else

Hello Sri, There is not much difference between IT and CSe rather than a few core or elective subjects in the structure.

Basically IT is all about Software, but CSE is Software, Hardware, Operating Systems; and definitely CSE being a better ranged branch attracts Good Placement opportunities rather than IT. But the IT department in a very good college attracts better and more lucrative placements than the CSE of a lesser college.

CBIT is an excellent college in Hyderabad and one of the top amongst private engineering colleges in South India, and the placement scenario is quite good. Approx 3.5 lpa in average.

Choose whichever course you are more willing to, CSE is obviously better ranged and has wider applicability than IT.

If you want to participate in the second round counselling then you need to pay the registration fee once again and you need to participate in the counselling. As earlier you have already completed the doccument verification. The verification process is not required again. The second round counselling registration fee dates are not yet announced officially by the JNTU Hyderabad. But you can stay updated with the TS Eamcet 2019 counselling dates for second round here:
