Allotment of seats under category-b cannot be predicted.It totally depends on the students applying for seats under category-b. If there are not many students applying for seats under categort-b, then there are more chances for you to get a seat, in the other case you may not have good chances. If we provide you with some statistics and say you may/maynot get a seat, there are good chances for us to be wrong. Hope you can understand. Hope for the best.

The b-category seat are allocated in the colleges cbit,Vasavi . As they release the notification for the b-category seats filling up 

You have to apply for that and the college management according to the merit list they will allocate the college 

The allotment depends upon the number of application

Hello Pavani!! Its difficult to get circuit branches in top colleges like Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, Vasavi College of Engineering and MVSR based on previous years intake details. You may get non-circuit branches in these colleges and the probability is less. But try for b category seats in these colleges you may get hopefully.
