The CUCEK has an excellent library for the benefit of students, faculty, and researchers. As one of the best-established libraries according to International Standards, the College Library has a large collection of books covering various branches of Engineering and Technology, Science and Humanities, and its related fields. Reference and Textbooks of national and international authors, International and national journals & Non-book materials are available to cater to various fields of Basic Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Humanities, and Social sciences. • The College Library subscribes to National & International Print Journals and e-journals. • The library is located outside the University Administrative Block. • The library management system used by the CUCEK Library is KOHA.
- Sports
The college organizes an Arts & Sports fest every year under the name ‘SATTVA’.SATTVA is organized in the month of February every year. It is a platform for the students to show their talents in various events of Arts & Sports. The competitions in various events are conducted branch-wise and the winning branch is awarded the ever-rolling trophy. Our students are also actively participating in the inter-college Arts festival organized by CUSAT every year, usually in the month of March. Our students are selected for the university team in cricket, basketball, volleyball, football, table tennis, chess, etc. and they are representing the university for various inter-university events.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.
- Alumni Associations
Alumni of this institution is believed to be the Ambassadors who spread the awareness & recognition of the CUCEK brand. Alumni meet, provide a platform to share their achievements, success, inspiration to the budding students. This meet gives an opportunity to interact with old friends, teachers & share their memorable experience with all, that might be an inspiration for the future upcoming Engineers. The alumni association is started at CUCEK with a view to keeping the silken threads of the attachment between the old students and their Alma mater.

College Infrastructure
Nice infra. Various labs are there for each branch. There is a multipurpose sports ground. Canteen facilities are also good giving a multi-cuisine experience for north Indian as well as south Indian cuisine.

Average infrastructure. Decent Labs. No College Hostel. The main college and the labs for electrical and civil are on different areas. There is a decent library too. The library offers many technical books and the major newspapers

You will feel like a school not college.. only one main building but you also have other sections but they are for 1ST YEARS, LIBRARY, MCA BUILDING & LABS overall good. You are.coming here to study. All teachers are not so good. But some are just WOW.. Examination is really tough here. You will have to score 50% in paper to pass not like other colleges 33% .. you have to study very hard to ge t atleast passing marks. It's not that easy . If you r in EEE you will get to know.the real engineering.

Cochin University College of Engineering was established in 1999 under the aegis of the University. It is situated in a serene and beautiful 42-acre campus in Pulincunnoo, Kannady.
- Cucek the location is a backdrop. It is located in a village thus it lacks luxury but it is almost equal in terms of placement and quality of education imparted.
- Moreover in cucek you spend less of your parents money and get quality education.
- The college lacks basic facilities like good hostel, cafeteria, food court among other things.
- If you talk about placement it is same for both the campus. But placement drive is only in 1st campus, so if you have to go to 1st campus for placement drive.
The main reason for not opting it as a choice is because of it is situated far away from Kochi in village. When you are going there for you first time you will face a lot of difficulties. But if you are settled there then there will not be any problem. You will enjoy the natural beauty of kerala(gods own land), free from any kind of pollution.
- Its a government college so better from any private college.
