In my opinion, you should go for CGC Landran which is among one of the best colleges in Chandigarh. You can go for PU Patiala as well.
Now regarding CSE branch, the faculty at CGC Landran is far better than the other two ones. So there is no

There are two important things that you should consider while choosing a branch.
i) Interest: If you are too much into cars, machines and stuff then he should go for Mechanical Engineering, if you are not that specific about it then you can go for ECE. Electronics and Communication
