In terms of placements both the colleges have almost equal opportunities. The BMIST college have high impact on placements as it`s placement is integrated with BMSCE.

According to the positions, DSCE college is better than the BMIST.

both the colleges have good faculty and facilities.

talking about the placements, it is completely depends on the every student individually. because lot of practice and having good knowledge will let the students to crack the placements with good package.

Hey aspirant,

On comparing JSS and DSCE I would suggest you to go for JSS MYSORE for CSE as it has offered the fairer package to cse students. The highest package in cse branch is 15lpa and average is around 4-5lpa.

Whereas in DSCE for cse the highest package is 10-11lpa and an average ranges around 3-4lpa.

So seeing the placement records of these colleges I would suggest you to go for JSS MYSORE.

I hope this info will help you.

Good luck.

Both the colleges you have mentioned are well named private engineering colleges in Karnataka. Now infrastructurally both the institutes are great although JTSSTU have a larger campus area compared to that of DSCE. Although, the campus area must not be a concern of any candidate.

The number of Faculty members in the DSCE is around 482 where as for the JTSSTU is around 300. Its always better for a student to go for a college which have a larger faculty chain so that the faculty per student must be high.  Apart from this both the institute have well equipped lab facilities but the innovative academic criteria is better in DSCE compared to that of JTSSTU.

Distinguishing this two colleges is very hard and the opinion may differ. But from the perspective of placement its clear the median salary for the CSE is better in DSCE is better compared to that of JTSSTU.

So as per this information, going for the DSCE will be a better choice.

Hello,

If you were to take my opinion then i would surely choose vit vellore as compared to dayanand Sagar College of engineering

Hello Aspirant,

According to the COMEDK 2022 rank mentioned by you in the question :-

You have less chances to get seat in Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore for CSE branch as last year the closing rank under GM was around 2800 for CSE branch so with 3100 rank under GM you have only some chances to get the CSE branch in it.

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and if you are seeking for exact prediction of colleges that you can get then it is quite difficult to make any accurate prediction of your admission chances for any particular college or any specific branch because the cut-off keep on varying every year depending upon various factors such as :-

number of candidates appeared in COMEDK 2022, difficulty level of the paper, top score for COMEDK 2022, total number of seats available for admission and some other factors.......

However you can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

The infrastructure of the college is pretty good, situated in the main city of Bangalore. Many good places to explore nearby and the college itself is designed very beautifully and very well maintained with a lush green campus and good malls and markets nearby. You can have a good amount of time on the campus as well as outside the campus. Every year sports events and cultural events are conducted.
