If you get the 20000 rank below this year then only they will accept the seat allotment otherwise not accepting any category rank to allotment in this college. As you mentioned in the question like SCG category but the college cut off rank is not matching your KCET rank.

Choosing between CSE and ECE can be a bit tricky but here are some key points which can help you make a better choice for yourself:

1. See if you want to learn coding and have keen interest in learning different machine languages. If this makes you happy then go for CSE.

2. ECE can be a better option for candidates who do not have a good knowledge about coding and see if other topics can interest them.

3. CSE ensures that you are going to IT sector but ECE can give you Job in IT sector as well as other core jobs.

4. Both CSE and ECE are good branches from placement point of view and highest package of any college comes from either of the branches almost every year.

As far as you are confused about the colleges....more or less there are similar facilities so go with the branch as I would like to say.

Just like every other college, DSCE also has the provision for change of branch provided you meet sufficient criteria that includes no backlogs in first year and availability of seats in the branch you want to shift.Hopefully you can change the branch provided there is a vacancy in the branch you are switching to and the management may ask you to pay some amount of money in the name of donations and there is also the concept of mutual exchange of branches.

Dear applicant it's great that you have immense interest towards B.Arch course. Out of the options chosen, Dayananda Sagar Institute is a much better one compared to the other because, overall siddaganga Institute is a good one but your career opportunities will not get enough chance to flourish. Whereas in Dayanand Sagar, throughout your five years of B.Arch journey you will learn a lot from your faculties, the curriculum is very neatly taught by them. After your degree completion you would receive good placements with average salary of 4-5 LPA.
