Dear aspirant

Whichever college (acharya or dsce ) you choose you'll get job in an IT company and if you want to continue in IT company only then I'll suggest you to opt for cse in acharya . If you want to write gate, IAS, IES etc then I'll suggest you to take TCE in dsce.

Because in future these two branches will be in high demand for sure.

Hello,

I hope you are doing good,

If you just look at the placement, both Colleges are almost equal and it all depends on you. The BMSIT placement is integrated with BMSCE which is why it may have a high impact on BMSIT. If you are looking for college positions, DSCE is much better than the College compared to BMSIT.

Good Luck, Hope it helps!!

According to general merit cutoffs of COMEDK in year 2018, it seems pretty difficult for you to get ECE in DSCE with a rank of 6k. Well, the closing rank for ECE in DSCE was 8460. You can try for other branches in DSCE like EEE, Mechanical engineering etc. You can also try for ECE in some other colleges too like Dayanand Sagar Academy of Technology and Management, BNM Institute of Technology etc. Please note that cutoffs can vary from year to year depending upon several factors like number of seats available, number of students taking the examination, difficulty level of the paper etc.

I hope this helps. For any further queries, ask me in the comments.
