Hi,

In my opinion you should go for BIT.

If you are looking for college with good campus, games and good education then go for DSCE. They are having big campus with ground for sports and activity. Nearby locality is also very good with all kind of foods available at cheap rate. North Indian foods, south indian foods everything and also rooms and PG are also good in areas near DSCE.

Whereas BIT college is best for education. Good faculty, good environment.

But it is located in centre of city. Hostel is small and not available for everyone. You have to stay in PG and PG is also not available in this area. Only 2–3 PG are available nearby. You have to stay near DSCE.

Campus is in 7 acres but there are 7 colleges in the same campus. KIMS, ARTS COLLEGE, DENTAL COLLEGE AND MANY MORE IN THE SAME CAMPUS. So you see students everywhere. There is a small ground for student. Where you can play nothing. See below ground of BIT college.

Finally if you want to enjoy college, Go for DSCE. Or education is all you want, go for BIT bangalore with almost 100% placement record in few streams.

Hey there

Mentioned below are the points of comparison between these two institutes:

UVCE

  • University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering has been approved by AICTE and NAAC.
  • The highest placement package was 50 lakh per annum.
  • The college provides 100% placements

DSCE

  • Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering has been ranked at 201 position bi National Institute ranking framework.
  • It has also been accredited by National assessment and accreditation Council with grade A.
  • The  packages range between 8 lakh to 21 lakh per annum.
  • 100% placement is provided in this college

As you can see both of the colleges have good placements but Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering has better rankings.

It is difficult to tell only about one course so I have given over all details.

Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering has A grade NAAC but KLE does not. Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering also has more number of seats available and number of faculty is also more. Transportation services are available too. They also have more courses to offer for B.Tech. Still the reviews of KLE are better than Dayananda Sagar. Below is the link for you to compare these two colleges with the course you wish to apply for. Hope this helps.

All three are strong Engineering Institutes in Karnataka. Ideally SIT Tumkur is a much older technical instituion having excellent faculty, infrastructure and research facilities besides having a very strong curriculum at par with VTU. As far as Placements are Concerned, Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering has a huge locational advantage being located near IT, Technology and Finance Hubs of Bangalore, hence stronger employer outlook and placements.

Hi

The total tution fees for DAYANANDA SAGAR COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING is approximately 1,99,500 per year that will cost you around 7,98,000 for doing B.E through any branch.

Hope i helped you.

Thank You!!!!

Hello aspirant

hope you are doing great. As per your query  I would glad to tell you that answer to this question varies on person to person but in my opinion persuing cse stream is better than persuing course in machine learning because machine learning is part of computer science  . In majority of companies who visitf for campus placement ,they look for students with strong data structures and algortithm mainly and then on projects having technologies like ML so persuing cse is any time is better

Hope you found this answer helpful. Good luck for your future

Hi, DSCE has the maximum number of intakes and all these colleges are private colleges. DSCE has total of 520 faculty members and that is impressive. You have transportation facility available only in DSCE. There is only 1 B.Tech course offered in SIT , 17 in DSCE, 7 in JSS. The placements of DSCE is way better than both these colleges. Below is the link for you to compare colleges and find which college fits you the best

As per the information available online NHCE is better than DSCE as it has better infrastructure in terms of labs and libraries. The college is very well equipped and have some really good teachers active in research and trending topics such as quantum computing,Data management, Microprocessors etc. NHCE's curriculum is very well balanced and is industrially applicable which enriches the possibility of students to get jobs. Also the placements are good but its similar to that of DSCE.

Student Reviews for DSCE Bangalore

College Infrastructure: 4.3/5
Academics: 3.7/5
Placements: 3.8/5
Value for Money: 3/5
Campus Life: 4.1/5

Nice facility and infrastructure is provided

Verified Review

College Infrastructure

Our college has very good infrastructure. Classrooms are well-equipped with projectors. Wi-Fi facility is available on campus. Library has a great volume of books and digital libraries are also available. Canteen and hostel facilities are provided on campus.

One of the best colleges for students

Verified Review

College Infrastructure

Hostel facilities were not good. The fee varied from Rs. 22500 to Rs. 115000. There were no single-seater rooms. All rooms were double-seaters. There was an NRI hostel for foreigners with extra facilities, but most students opted for rental rooms nearby the college, which were very cheap

Local dominance is present in the college campus

Verified Review

College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is the worst. Hostel fee is very expensive, and they don't provide the same facilities (not worth it). Food is okay. They will be increasing the hostel fee year by year. Common washrooms for girls, and no proper care in the hostel. Infrastructure is not good.
