And you have 256 marks means your ranking might be between 20000-30000 so it's not possible .

Even if you belong to obc open you may not get any government college under UPTU exam.

In DBAU, agra some eligibility criterias includes acquiring 45% at least in bachelors degree anf for sc/st candidate its 40% at least. Moreover, no entrance exam is required to get admission in this university. Best of luck for your future.
